Whats does it mean when it is stipulated for additional time to answer motion to dismiss by defendant. what if any does it mean

A stipulation is an agreement between attorneys on some matter involving the case. It sounds as if the attorneys have agreed to additional time to respond to a motion to dismiss, giving one side more than the usual 14 or 21 days to file papers with the court.
