Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio
If A sues B individually and in its capacity as employee of C.
C is an Ohio corporation
Can A serve a subpoena on C since C is not a party?
The reason for the subpoena is that C might have documents that are revelant to the case.

Yes, absolutely. If you don't want to turn over the documents requested your attorney should file a motion for protective order. If the documents are relevant and not priveleged you will have to turn them over anyway. It is irrelevant that the corp. is not a party to the lawsuit.
