Wrongful Death
My mother has filed a wrongful death suit for the murder of my father.She lies about her financial situation,& my sister & I are kept in the dark about the case.The lawyer won't speak to me or return my calls.I'm afraid that she may have already settled the suit and I've missed my chance to speak my piece. What can I do to make certain the lawyer keeps me informed??

Is she pursuing a claim on your behalf? You can have your lawyer for that.
