Legal Question in Health Care Law in Ohio
employee rights to privacy
I work in an emergency room where we deal with difficult types of patients. I am wondering since there are laws protecting the patient are there laws for the employee as well? My man question is... my employer states that it is some law requiring us to show both our first and last names on our work badges is this true? and if you can not tell me can you tell me where I can find such laws?

Re: employee rights to privacy
Your question would be best directed to an employment lawyer. This is not a health care issue and I am unaware of any law that touches on this requirement. Sorry
