Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Well, I am 20 years old and I am studying biomedical engineering, I am an international student on a F-1 visa since August 2011, I been in Ohio for around 4 years and a half, I got married to my best friend four months ago and i am willing to stay with her and live with her in the states, currently she is 17 years old, can she apply a citizenship for me at the age of 17?
We got married after she got permission from her parents.

No, your wife cannot petition you for a greencard until she is 18 (you will not obtain U.S. citizenship just by marrying her now). Also, once she turns 18 & petitions you, be prepared for USCIS to presume marriage fraud. You will need to prove this is a valid marriage!
