Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
How do I add my wife to my I-485 application? My I-140 EB1-EA is approved and my I-485 is pending and I am getting married. I have filed at the TSC. What documents do I need to submit, and which office do I submit it to? Please help. Thanks.

Your wife should file an I-485 to TSC ASAP since they have jurisdiction over your case. If your I-485 is approved before your wife files her I-485, she might not be able to adjust status in the US.
We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
