Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Was charged with minor misdameanor MJ posession last fri. Will be going to canada this fri for a wedding with my family. Went to court yesterday and was offered bond forfeiture so it would not show on my record and effect my financial aid. My ? is can i still drive to canada since i was just charged and not convicted, Or should i stay home and avoid the embrassaent of having my car checked for drugs with my family in the car since they do not know about the incident
