Can I convert H1B visa to L1 visa?

what are the requirement to do L1 visa?

My parents going to get citizen on March 2015 can they put file for me? if yes how long time it can take? Can I transfer my status?

we just get a baby born does that can help me anyhow?

If you are eligible, you can always change visa status. For information on L visas, see:

http://www.uscis.gov/eir/visa-guide/l-1-intracompany-transferee/understanding-l-1-requirements

Your parents can petition you for U.S. Legal Permanent Residency once they become U.S. citizens, but you cannot obtain deriviative citizenship as an adult.

Having a U.S. citizen child will do very little to help you.
