Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Crossing The US Border From Canada?
Hello how are you? The question is if a Canadian crosses the US border, does the US border agent record when a Canadian crosses into the United States using a Canadian Passport? I also want to ask how long is a Canadian allowed to stay in the US on a Canadian passport?

Re: Crossing The US Border From Canada?
Hi, provided that there are absolutely no other issues (i.e. problems with U.S. immigration before or criminal record anywhere in the world), I don't think that the U.S. keeps a record of the entries at this point. They are planning to do so in the near future is my understanding. Please email me if you have any more questions. Carrie
