Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
I have deposited funds in my lawyer's bank account. It is a joint account that bears both her name and her partner's. Are they both liable in case the service is not rendered?

This is not an Immigration Law question. I would contact the State Bar in Ohio to address their laws regarding this (assuming your attorney was retained in Ohio).
