Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Dual Citizenship
Hi, I want to know after I marry an American citizen, and me as a Canadian citizen, how long would I have to be a green card holder before I can apply for dual citizenship? I also want to know what procedures have to be met to go about dual citizenship and does Canada and US recognize dual citizenship?

Re: Dual Citizenship
It's approximately 3 years as a U.S. lawful permanent resident before you can apply for naturalization.
