Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
F-1 dependent
I am getting married to an Indian citizen here in USA. I am an Indian citizen too here on a valid F-1 Visa. Is it possible for me to convert him as my F-1 dependent in America itself?
Or do we need to go back to India for the process?

Re: F-1 dependent
You can add him as your dependent only if he is in lawful status in the US currently.
