Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Hello, I'm currently an F-1 student, and still very much in status. I applied for asylum after ten months of stay in the US and was denied due to certain inconsistencies as USCIS put it. I was very scared my status was going to be affected, but after visiting a first attorney, she told me that as long as i remain in my F-1 status, i am fine. She also said that i will only have problems if i go out of status. After surfing and finding out a couple of related issues, i see almost the same problems like mine. Currently, i wish to return back to my F-1 status, but a little scared that the immigration office will sent me a notice of deportation. I have even booked a second appointment with another attorney just to clarify my worries. What should i do next?
Right now, i am out of finance as my sponsor is sick, and might fall out of status very soon; what can i do?
Also, can i follow my asylum case while maintaining my F-1 status in case something goes wrong? Thanks for understanding and i will greatly appreciate your help.

Your question is a bit confusing. You say you are very much in status and later write that you wish to return to status. Also, what do you mean by sponsor for this type of visa?
