Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
i am a illegal immigrant with C-I-D visa. i was hoping to start a restaurant bussiness with my friend. Is there any chance I can get legal in U.S.A. by opening a bussiness?

What is a C-I-D visa?? There is a C-visa or D-visa, but C-I-D does not exist in US immigration. Unless you're talking about some codes on the visa. You should resubmit and clarify more clearly because it could affect the answer you're going to receive.
The E-1/E-2 visa allows an investor or trader to remain in the business to direct or operate a business. That would be the visa to apply for, assuming you qualify in other respects. However, since you say you're illegal, if your visa, whatever it is, has already expired, you cannot remain in the U.S. to change visa but must return to your home country to get the E-1/E-2.
