i am from france but gotr married to an american ,i still have my french passeport and i have 2 children and want to take them with me in france to live there while my husband live in usa .what do i need ?

This depends on what nationality your children are and if your intentions are to settle in the U.S. with them in the near future.

While here in the US did you obtain status as a Lawful Permanent Resident (e.g. Green Card)? If so, is it a conditional status card or permanent? What is the nationality of your children? If you are a LPR and are outside of the US for more than one year, you can lose your status. I would recommend you consult with an attorney familiar with immigration law to fully review your situation.

You and your children all need proper documentation. If they are US citizens, then they need US passports. Your travel documentation depends upon your legal status here. You should consult with an attorney.
