Immigration and Marriage
I am a Permanent Resident of the US for about 15 yrs now...If I was to marry a Canadian citizen, before becoming a US citizen...How tough would the transition be and what obstacles would we face?

As a permanent residence you can marry a foreign born person and petition that person for permanent residency in the U.S. In terms of obstacles, the process is about the same as though you were a naturalized U.S. citizen.
