i've been here in the united states since i was 9yrs old. Now i'm 32yrs and married with 2 kids and my wife was born here in the states. Now what i need to do get my citizenship i have the right to be and work here but i dont have a green card?

It depends. Based on the facts you've presented, it is difficult to ascertain how you entered the U.S. at age 9. If you entered with a visa, you are probably eligible to adjust status that of permanent resident based on your marriage. If you entered as a permanent resident, you might be eligible to file for citizenship now. If you entered with your parents and they became citizens, you might already be a citizen and just need to file for a certificate of citizenship. If you entered the U.S. without inspection, you might be facing a longer battle to obtain lawful permanent status.
