want to marry someone from jamaica ben with him for 6yrs, before hes already married to a us citizen wants a divorce can i marry him even though he had a criminal chargr in the us 8yrs, ago. thats why he back in jamaica for trouble he got into 8yrs. ago?

Well, first, he must finalize the divorce with his previous wife, if he hasn't done so already. Second, we would have to know what criminal charge did he have and what was the disposition of both the criminal and immigration courts (I am assuming he was in deportation proceedings) in order to determine whether he would be able to return to the USA.
