Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Can I marry a twice deportee? My boyfriend and I have been dating since July 2007 and our daughter was born in May 2008. My boyfriend was arrested in June 2008 and deported in July 2008, then again deported in December 2010. I want to know if him and I can marry, so that he may reenter the united states and our family may be together again?!?

You can marry him legally. Your marriage to him won't necessarily admit him back into the country. This sort of situation depends on the circumstances which you should review with an attorney.
