Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
ORC 4510.11 Driving Under Suspension
I was stopped last week and the officer informed me my licence was suspended for non compliance. BMV said they sent a notice asking me to show proof of financial responsibility but I never recieved it. I produced proof same day as citation to BMV and now have complied and licence is valid. I pled not guilty and have pre trial set. How could this effect my permenant residancy status?. I am divorced from US citizen have 2 kids and pay child support for them. Condition of marriage I believe is removed.

It sounds as though you are legally in status as a permanent resident. Why was your license suspended, noncompliance of what?
