my citizenship case is pending for 14 months since 09/09/2005
so what i have to do about it?

It depends on what stage in the process you are. If you already had your examination (interview) but no decision was made within 120 days from the date of the examination, there are a couple of options, including a federal lawsuit, that tend to wake up the immigration officials a bit. Other types of delay are more difficult to challenge but in certain cases federal mandamus litigation may be worthwhile. Contact an immigration attorney for answers to your specific case.
