Not automatically, just because you have children. The children can petition for you when they turn 21 years old but that does not mean you can become a permanent resident without leaving the U.S. That would depend on your particular situation. There are other possible avenues such as Cancellation of Removal if you can prove you have been in the U.S. for at least ten years and have children born in the U.S. You can call us to discuss further at (248) 619-0065.
