If a person has lived for more than 10 years without deportation in US are they elegible for citizenship?

No, more is required in order for the person to obtain US citizenship.

Not necessarily. A person needs to be a permanent resident and to become a p.m., the persons needs to have been following the immigration rules unless some of the exceptions apply. I would be happy to consult with the individual.

You are only eligible to apply for citizenship five years after you obtain your green card. If you are taken into custody by immigration officials for being without status, you may be eligible for cancellation of removal subject to numerous factors such as: good moral character; united states citizen spouse / children and whether they would face extreme hardship if you were to be removed from the USC; no criminal convictions in the United States or anywhere else; etc. etc. For further information, please contact [email protected] to schedule a consultation.
