Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio

question about f1 student owning a business

My name is Charlie--name removed--and a Korean undergraduate student interested establishing a business by the time my graduation from college here in Ohio. So far, I have two years left to get my B.S. in finance! I have limited knowledge of doing business as a f-1 student. My student visa do not expire till' May 2011. So there is a question.

Is the US Immigration Law allows me to have a business if I have a legitimate degree from current institution? If possible, If I establishe my company as a corp. the very next day of graduation, what should be done in order to prevent that is that my business can't do its own work...it means I can't withdraw profits from my corp.

I want to know more about visa conversion so I can stay in the US legally as well as to acquire further legal statues for living!

Thanks! I will be happy to wait your response!

Have a great day

Yes, you may qualify for a E-2 Treaty Investor visa assuming you're willing to investment at least $50-$100K into starting the company.
