Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
Will I be able to sponsor H1B for myself if I own a company?
Hi, I am an international student. I incorporated my company in the US. Will I be able to sponsor H1B for myself and what are the resources (web/ documents) or cost associated with this process?
Thank you

Hi,
Technically the company that you open can file an H1B petition for you. The company should be able to pay the offered salary, so it is helpful if the company has either started generating sufficient revenue or is well capitalized. The following link is helpful: http://h1b1.com/files/faq.htm#myself
