Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio

I was in a auto accident May 30th, 2011. I was not at fault but off work for about 2 weeks due to injuries do to the accident.

I was in touch with the at fault driver, Insurance company right away giving all the info they needed for my medical bills and lost wages.

There was 2 other people hurt in the accident, both where related to the at fault driver.

I keep getting collection calls and mail for my medical bills to be paid from the accident.

Also, when I ask their Insurance company to take care of my losses they always say that they can't at this time because they first need to find out the other injured peoples losses first and then they can divide everything up (the other driver is under Insured but my Insurance company will make up the difference).

I talked to their Insurance company today, telling them what's going on with my bills and all. I asked them how soon can my losses be taken care of. They told me that they can not get ahold of the other injuried parties therefore can not take care of my losses until they see all losses from the other parties.

I have heard there is a 2 year time limit to settling a auto Insurance claim, is ths true?

Does thier Insurance company have to make up for the damage that is being done to my credit because these bills are not being paid?

What, if anything, can I do to get this resolved? I have thought about contacting my states Insurance department but do not know if that would help.
