was in car accident had injury to knee cap did eight weeks of therapy had to do total knee replacement because it made an excisting condition worst with knee problems asking for 25000 for bills and pain and suffering do I have a case sense I had a pre existing condition

You absolutely have a case although the pre-existing condition does complicate things. I can't tell you how much your case is worth without a whole lot more information. The most important thing is whether your doctor will relate the knee replacement to the crash even if you would have needed one anyway but you otherwise could have waited a year, two or three or more.
