Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
car insurance
My car caught on fire while an excluded driver was driving. The insurance company states they wil not pay. But it states if the exclude driver is vicariously liable for an accident or loss arising out of the operation of the vehicle. Can you explain to me why that this means and why you think they denied my claim.
