Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
flat tire
If a church has a function and a visitor comes and their tire goes flat in the parking lot, is the church responsible for the replacement? The tire had a piece of wood in it and some were speculating that someone may have jammed it in there, but no one saw anyone do it.

Re: flat tire
No. I assume that the parking is not paid for and is basically public parking. The church does not operate a business and prople are welcome to attend at no charge.
