Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
flooded vehicle
we took our car in to have it repaired at the car dealership, well while it was there the whole car lot flooded. Our car had water over the dashboard. they said they were going to total the car. The insurance co. called today and they're not even going to pay our car off. I think since our car was on their propery they should have to pay if off!! What do you think

Re: flooded vehicle
If you can, turn it over to your insurance company and let them fight it out for you. If you can't get reimbursed, you need a lawyer. If you are in or around Summit County, call for a free initial consultation if you wish.
