Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
Hail Damage Follow Up
Thank you for replying. So the insurance agent couldn't drop someone's comprehensive coverage if they pocket the money? Her argument was that, if someone were to pocket the money, what would prevent them from coming in the next week and saying they had hail damage again (so in effect they'd get the $ from the first claim and the repairs from the second - all for one incident of hail damage).
