Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
Why don''t insurance companies pay judgememnts
I receieved a verdict in my favor for a sizeable amount of money this was a jury award
and this well known insurance company still has not paid!! It has been months!! What takes so long why are they stalling?
Is this bad faith? Is there any limits of time they have to pay in?
Very frustrating
