Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
not enough insurance
my daughter has full coverage insurance, got in accident, hit two vehicals. there both totaled, theres not quit enough in her coverage to cover both, and one man is hurt. she is a student, only working part time. her car is in her name, but she is on our insurance, can they--name removed--me for the remaining, or do they just go after her. if they can only go after her, should she claim bankruptsy, sence she has nothing? thank you

I will assume that your daughter is an adult and was not running any errands for you or for her work. With that in mind, they only will pursue her and if the damages are too much, she may need to consider bankruptcy.
