Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
Insurance Fraud
The company that I work for was self insured. They took out insurance money everyweek out of our paychecks then decided that they were not going to pay our outstanding medical bills. It then became our responsibility to pay the outstanding medical bills for 2001. We have been turned into collections and have had to pay court costs. The company said that we have no legal grounds to stand on.
What rights do we have if any?

Re: Insurance Fraud
There is a lot of missing info here. First what was the company self insured for, auto, medical, liability... Also, who wsas covered under their self insured status. Was there ever any kind of policy or agreement given to you as an employee that stated who & what is insured? If so, you need to look at that first to determine coverage.
