Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
Liability
I was involve in a traffic accident, the damages to my car totaled 3,026.54. The insurance considered it a total loss and valued the car at 1165.00. So what are my options since the insurance mentioned that the value is less than the actual repairs?

Re: Liability
They are only responsible for paying for your actual loss. Your approach should be to determine the actual value of your car and attempt to negotiate the loss.
