liabilty in car accident
my brother was hit by another driver who ran a stop sign the driver did have insurannce is the insurance company liabile for pain and suffering or the lssof the 2 college classes he had to drop out of which totaled 1700 dollars?

If the negligence of the other driver can be established, the insurance company is liable for all damages proximately caused by him. This could certainly include pain and suffering as well as any unrefundable tuition payments.
