Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio

prescription insurance

i have prescription coverage through my retirement plan

this is to continue until 2013. but the people at the benefit center has stopped my coverage three times in the last year, corp. headquarters always contacts them to

put it back in force. in the meantime i have to go to a lot of expence to pay for my medication.

is there anything i can do?

If you can't get them to give you a refund for the extra money you spent, you may want to take them to small claims court. You problably won't get any more than what you had to pay for their mistake, but you can always ask.
