Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
Co signing car loan
I co signed for my son's truck. The bank is stating that we owe them money because I was not on my son's insurance policy (I was excluded) yet I have my own insurance. The loan matured for his truck and now they say we owe them more money for the vehicle

Re: Co signing car loan
I guess I don't understand how you could owe them money if there has been no damage to the vehicle and all payments have been made?
