You will need to consider whether the business will be a sole proprietorship, limited liability company, corporation, etc. You will need to make sure that any motor vehicle insurance or commercial genteral liability insurance covers all of the businesses potential liabilities and make sure that you have adequate personal insurance on the motor vehicle in the event something happens while you are doing personal errands. You will need to obtain advice on taxes. You will also want to look into obtaining Workers Compensation. This is not a complete list. I would advise you to consult an attorney and a tax advisor.
