Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
uninsured driver
I do not have any liability insurance to operate a motor vehicle. My friend and i are going to drive to california.
Her insurance policy covers any
driver of her auto. Can I legally drive her auto or will I be in violation of some law that requires me to at least have liability insurance?

Re: uninsured driver
Make sure you have the insurance card for the car you plan on driving. The law might be different in other states too.
