Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist's Coverage
I was in an auto accident. I have uninsured/underinsured coverage. The other party had no insurance. I was injured My insurance co. wants to pay my deductiable to fix mytruck. . Pay my medical bills which are few. Me sign a paper saying I can not come back on them in the future. not offering me any money for pain and suffering? In other words I think they are trying to rip me off?

You need to request more than just the bills and deductable. Please contact me if they fight you on it.
