Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Ohio

I created s website for s company I stsrted. I used pictures of work that I designed but were already posted on another website. Did I break any laws in doing so?

Whenever you use someone's intellectual property (pictures, etc.) without their permission, you have infringed on whatever rights secure that property and can be sued. Consult with a good intellectual or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
