Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Ohio
I am creating a brochure to distribute, using my personal photos that I have taken. Do I have to get permission from the people in the photographs in order to distribute the brochures?

Any attorney will tell you, unless the persons in the photos are public figures, they have privacy rights. You should have everyone sign a release. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
