Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Ohio

I have an idea for a product that I want to make using NFL logos; however, I think I could get away with just saying "Atlanta" (or whatever team) and making it the team colors instead of "Atlanta Falcons" and have a football somewhere on the product, so the consumer would recognize this as an NFL item. Would this be an infringements on the rights of the Atlanta Falcons?
Would this be legal, if I'm selling the products for profit?

This is TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT. The teams have registered not only the words, but also the color combination and all pictures (logos) associated with their teams. If you are trying to make it look like a team logo, without it actually being the team logo, so that consumers would recognize it as a team logo, it is trademark infringement. The NFL teams are fairly litigous, and you will not get away with this for very long before they file a lawsuit against you.
