Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Ohio
Work For Hire
I'm an artist painting ''Night Sky Murals '' on ceilings for residential and commercial customers. Your ''Work For Hire'' Seems to cover my needs except I wish to keep the copyright. Is it possible, and if so, How?

Re: Work For Hire
You need to change the name of the contract and retain the copyrights. You really should have an attorney draft your standard contract if you are a serious artist.

You must retain your copyright via written contract. Call or email for assistance.
