Legal Question in International Law in Ohio
Birth Certificate
My Son now 14 was born in Germany, due to complications I did not give birth on a military base. Divorced so there after. My current husband adopted him. I have an adoption certificate. I however need to obtain a new birth certificate from Germany. How do I go about doing that?

You'll need to deal with this in Germany. Get an OH attorney who speaks German or get a lawyer where your son was born.
