Legal Question in Investment Law in Ohio
IRA theft
A portion of my IRA was withdrawn by my wife when she moved out approx. 3 years ago.I just learned of this.Is there a time limit on what I can do to try and recover what she took?What should be my next step?

This should be dealt with in the divorce. If you don't file for divorce, the legal position is more likely than not that it was marital property and she was entitled to it. Consult a local lawyer.
