What happens when a 17 year old is on diversion and fails a drug test

You may lose the diversion program or maybe you might still be allowed to continue in diversion. If you lose diversion, then you go before the magistrate- having already pled guilty to the underlying offense, you are then sentenced. Call me directly for any more info : 216.952.1990
