age
I have shared parenting for my kids. They just turned 12, do they have a right to decide where to live? Can one of the parents take the other to court to let them decide?

Re: age
Usually by that age they can speak in court directly to the court, and their wishes are usually granted. It's always a "best interest" test, and the older the child, the more likely they get what they want. Call directly if you like...216.952.1990.
