Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio
Juvenile rights
is juveniles allowed to ask teh cops to leave when they walk into their home when a parent isnt there. when they do have probable cause. but when you tell them repeatedly to get out while 10 cops are already going thru your house can tehy arrest you with obstruction of justice. i need cases an dlaws reading for this for court.

The police definitely need a search warrant to enter your house even with probable cause, but there are a couple exceptions.
